If a customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, refuses a parcel, or cannot be contacted, the courier may return the parcel to FUTURE FOCUS.

Additional delivery charges may apply for a second dispatch where applicable.

Repeated failed deliveries may result in advance-payment requirements or restrictions on COD orders.
