ADVANCE PAYMENT ORDERS

For selected products, locations, high-value orders, customized products, or special orders, FUTURE FOCUS may require partial or full advance payment.

The required advance amount will be communicated to the customer before order confirmation.

Advance payment does not automatically mean that an order is non-refundable. Refund eligibility will remain subject to the applicable Return & Refund Policy.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Where COD is available, customers may pay the applicable order amount when the parcel is delivered.

COD availability may depend on:

  1. Customer location
  2. Product category
  3. Order value
  4. Courier availability
  5. Previous delivery history
  6. Promotional conditions

Customers should remain available at the provided delivery address or coordinate with the courier.

Repeated refusal of COD parcels may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

ORDER POLICY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  3. Complete delivery address
  4. Area/locality
  5. City
  6. Product selection
  7. Size/color/variant where applicable

An order may be confirmed through WhatsApp, phone, website, social media or another officially recognized FUTURE FOCUS sales channel.

FUTURE FOCUS reserves the right to verify an order before dispatch.

An order is considered confirmed only after FUTURE FOCUS has accepted or verified the order.

PRODUCT INSPECTION

Customers are encouraged to inspect the parcel at the time of delivery where the courier service permits inspection.

If a parcel appears visibly damaged, customers should immediately inform the courier and contact FUTURE FOCUS.

Customers should retain:

  1. Parcel packaging
  2. Shipping label
  3. Invoice/order details
  4. Photographs/videos where relevant

These materials may be required to process a complaint.

PRICING POLICY

FUTURE FOCUS aims to maintain accurate product pricing and promotional information.

However, occasional technical, typographical, supplier or inventory-related errors may occur.

If a significant pricing or product-information error is identified before dispatch, FUTURE FOCUS may contact the customer for confirmation or cancel the order.

Promotional prices are valid only during the stated promotional period or while promotional stock lasts.
